Koyari Modern Condos #3 is a fully-equipped three-bedroom and two-bathroom condo in the Koyari area which is conveniently located between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach area of Aruba. The perfect place for a truly unique holiday. This property was newly rebuilt in early 2017. This condo's modern island décor provides the highest degree of comfort in an atmosphere of effortless elegance and sophistication with modern amenities. It is a spacious apartment for the family to be able to share a large living room, dining, and kitchen area with three spacious bedrooms. The two bedrooms upstairs have a nice balcony overseeing the Bubali Bird Sanctuary.
Koyari is ideally situated near the best beaches Aruba has to offer. Eagle Beach & Palm Beach are both a two-minute drive. This apartment also shares a beautiful garden, sunbathing area, and a barbecue outside with two other apartments in the same building. The laundry is also shared between the three apartments. This is truly a great place to stay.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 150 days prior to arrival; 120 days prior to arrival; 90 days prior to arrival; 60 days prior to arrival; 30 days prior to arrival.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, Host will be paid 100% for all nights

Rules

1. Trash Disposal:
- Unfortunately, Aruba does not have recycling yet.
- Trash collection days are once a week. Please place the trash in the Bins outside in the front of the property.
2. Pool Usage:
- The pool is open 24 hours. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
3. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- If playing music or watching TV outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that does not disturb neighbors.
4. Parking:
- Do not block driveways or park on the grass.
- Additional parking information: Free parking on the premises and free street parking
5. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and be mindful of others.
6. Guest Limit:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is mentioned. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.
7. Pets:
- No Pets allowed
8. Security and Locking:
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Report any security concerns or issues immediately to VacationAruba.
9. Check-out Instructions:
- Follow the provided check-out instructions for a smooth departure.
10. Emergency Information:
- In case of emergencies, contact Police 100, Fire or Ambulance 911.
11. Unaurhorized Early Check-in:
- We kindly remind you that unauthorized early check-in is not permitted. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that every room is meticulously prepared to meet your expectations and provide you with a comfortable stay. Early arrivals can disrupt this process and may result in a less than optimal experience for you and other guests. However, if you plan on arriving early, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance to inquire about the availability of early check-in options. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and ensure a seamless experience for your stay.
