• Boca Catalina Beach is only a short 2-minute walk from the villa, making it easy to enjoy Aruba’s stunning turquoise waters, snorkeling, and relaxing beach days.
• All beaches in Aruba are public, and guests are welcome to enjoy the shoreline throughout the island. Palapas and shaded areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Pool service is provided twice a week to ensure the property remains pristine during your stay.
• To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, quiet hours are observed after 11:00 PM.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Please avoid using glass near the pool area for safety reasons.
• Your comfort and security are important to us. An on-site security officer is present nightly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
