The space
Terrace Villa is a newly built, Mediterranean-style home in Malmok, one of Aruba's quietest and most sought-after neighborhoods. Walls and floors are hand-finished in Mexican chukum, a warm, natural lime plaster you won't find in other island rentals. It's built for groups: six private en-suite bedrooms, a resort-size pool and hot tub, and a pickleball court in your own backyard.

Check-in is self-service with a lockbox from 4:00 PM, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Free parking is on the property, with more on the street.

The neighborhood
Malmok is a quiet, upscale residential area on Aruba's calm northwest coast, known for clear water, snorkeling and some of the island's best sunsets. There are no high-rises here, just villas, sea grape trees and the trade wind.
Within walking distance:
• Boca Catalina – about 10 minutes on foot; calm, shallow water and snorkeling with tropical fish right off the beach
• Malmok Beach – the shipwreck snorkel spot and a favorite place to watch the sunset
A short drive away:
• Arashi Beach – 3 minutes; soft sand, palapas and gentle waves
• California Lighthouse – 5 minutes; panoramic views and a hilltop restaurant
• Palm Beach – 7 minutes; restaurants, bars, shops and casinos along the hotel strip
• Eagle Beach – about 12 minutes; wide white sand often ranked among the world's best
• Supermarkets in Noord – about 7 minutes
Getting around
The beaches at Boca Catalina and Malmok are within walking distance, but we recommend a car or van for a group this size: Palm Beach, supermarkets and most restaurants are a 5–15 minute drive. We can have a rental delivered to the villa on arrival.
Queen Beatrix International Airport is about 25 minutes away. Taxis and private transfers are easy to book; ask us and we'll arrange one for your flight.
Other things to note
• Check-in 4:00 PM, checkout 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout on request when the calendar allows.
• Maximum 14 guests. No parties or events.
• No smoking indoors. No pets.
• Exterior security cameras are on the property (outdoors only, none inside the home).
• The rooftop terrace is reached by an outdoor staircase. Please supervise children on the stairs and around the pool and hot tub.
• Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are included.
